1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and betso8.cam (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the betso8 platform, including our website, mobile applications, gaming services, and all associated features and content (collectively, the "Services").

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one (1) active betso8 account. Creating multiple accounts, operating accounts on behalf of other individuals, allowing others to access your account, or otherwise engaging in account-sharing arrangements is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and violations will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access gaming features on the betso8 platform, you must complete our account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and such other details as we may reasonably request.

3.1 Identity Verification

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

betso8 supports multiple payment methods convenient for Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other authorized payment channels as displayed on our platform. All financial transactions must be conducted through approved payment methods in accordance with our published payment policies.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits are processed instantly in most cases, subject to verification by the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified for each payment method and may be adjusted at our discretion. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Certain withdrawal methods may incur processing fees charged by the payment provider, though betso8 does not charge withdrawal fees for most standard payment methods.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

betso8 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) procedures in compliance with Philippine law and international standards. We reserve the right to investigate the source of deposited funds, request supporting documentation proving legitimacy of funds, report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities, and refuse or freeze transactions that raise AML/CTF concerns.

Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be approved, in accordance with standard AML practices designed to prevent our platform from being used for money laundering purposes. This wagering requirement does not apply to deposits that remain unused and are withdrawn in their original amount without being wagered.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Money laundering or using betso8 services to facilitate illegal financial transactions

Violation of these prohibited activity rules will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds including deposits and winnings, and potential legal action including referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the betso8 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, data compilations, game designs, and the betso8 brand itself, are the intellectual property of betso8 or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the betso8 Services solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of our platform or content without express written permission. Systematic downloading, data scraping, or use of automated tools to extract content from betso8 is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betso8 and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of betso8 Services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time of the claim or PHP 10,000, whichever is lower. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of betso8 Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your betso8 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements or compliance obligations.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, extended period of account inactivity, or in response to requests from regulatory authorities. Upon account closure by betso8, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited, and your remaining real money balance will be returned to you unless withheld due to violations of these Terms or applicable law.
